A new gong Joins our collection, a dark moon, and ninety minutes where nothing is asked of you.

The moon is almost dark. Your body knows this part of the cycle even when your mind has forgotten it: the emptying before the filling. We’ll meet you there.

The evening:

Arrive, settle, drop in

A guided landing from head to heart to toes

60 minutes of live gongs, held by Pete, with bowls and chimes woven through

A quiet moment to name one thing you’re seeding for Friday’s new moon

Gongs work below the level of thinking. You don’t need to understand them or follow them. Lie back and let them find you.

Ceremonial cacao from INTENTIONS, the perfect companion for setting something true.

Bring a blanket, a pillow, and whatever you’ve been carrying. Mats provided.

Whether it’s your first sound bath or your fiftieth, you’re welcome exactly as you are.
