An hour of live sound under the summer sky, held for the community. All proceeds to go to The National Autistic Society Community Sound Bath in the Garden | Donation Based Pete and Sohana are squeezing in an extra special sound bath while the weather is still beautiful ✨ This one is for the community. It’s donation based, the proceeds going to a charity close to Pete's heart. The Nationa Autistic Society We gather in the beautiful garden of The Canterbury Tales at 6pm and flow for an hour or so, with time to stay for chats and connection afterwards. What to bring A blanket and a pillow, so you can settle right in Something warm for when the sun drops An open heart On the night There’ll be the option of a cup of beautiful ceremonial cacao to arrive with — a gentle way to drop in before the sound begins. A note on sound and your health Sound works deeply in the body. If you have any medical condition that can be affected by sound — including epilepsy, a pacemaker or other implanted device, pregnancy, recent surgery, or any ear or hearing condition — please let us know before we begin so we can look after you properly.
