We offer zen meditation (zazen) and dharma study every Tuesday online, and every third Tuesday in person/hybrid.

Our practice at GSZ is rooted in the Japanese Zen tradition. Upright sitting meditation (zazen) in community is the core of our practice, informed by the study and chanting of Buddhist texts and teachings, in harmony within ourselves and with the universe.
