Advanced booking to Canterbury Roman Museum, home to one of the UK's only remaining in-situ Roman pavement mosaics.
Please book a ticket for each member of your visiting party, including unpaid admissions.
Delve below street level to discover the remains of an extensive Roman Town House, including a hypocaust and one of the UK’s only remaining in situ Roman pavement mosaics. Discover also remarkable examples of Roman pottery, silverware and glassware, and a rare Iron Age Helmet dating from the time of Caesar.
Enjoy also free interactive fun as you suit up as a Roman soldier, listen to our new audio tour, or create your own mosaic design inspired by our ancient pavement mosaic!
We estimate your Roman Museum experience will take approximately one hour. Tickets are valid for the day booked, at any time within the museum's opening hours (Please factor in the possibility of a small wait upon arrival in the event of very busy spells).
This summer, we are cutting prices for children and families visiting Canterbury Roman Museum, supported by the UK Government’s decision to slash VAT across children’s meals, activities, and days out as part of their Great British Summer Savings.
