Discover also remarkable examples of Roman pottery, silverware and glassware, and a rare Iron Age Helmet dating from the time of Caesar.
Enjoy also free interactive fun as you suit up as a Roman soldier, listen to our new audio tour, or create your own mosaic design inspired by our ancient pavement mosaic!
We estimate your Roman Museum experience will take approximately one hour. Tickets are valid for the day booked, at any time within the museum's opening hours (Please factor in the possibility of a small wait upon arrival in the event of very busy spells).
Half-Term Family Activities (Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November)
Make your own miniature mosaic! Pick up a kit and recreate a piece of Roman Canterbury. A great activity for the holiday and an impressive project to take back to school. £6 per kit while stocks last.

You are very welcome to phone ahead to check when we expect to be quieter.
