AMPLIFY Live: Featuring The Morning Shift in Conversation brings together leading voices from Cardiff’s creative and business community for an honest conversation about leadership, entrepreneurship and building with purpose.

Hosted by Asha Rajoriya, the evening will feature Rosie Eastwood, Head of Strategy at WCS Agency; Melin Edomwonyi, Co-founder and UX Director at Seedable Studio; and Julia Harris, Co-founder of The Canopi.

Together, they will discuss the realities behind their professional journeys—from developing an idea and establishing a career to navigating challenges, leading teams and creating opportunities for others. The conversation will explore what it genuinely takes to build something meaningful, including the lessons and experiences often left out of traditional success stories.

The evening will also include an audience Q&A and opportunities to connect with founders, creatives and professionals from across Cardiff.

Although this edition highlights the experiences and perspectives of women in business and leadership, the event is open to everyone. Whether you are building a business, developing your career, exploring a new idea or simply looking for honest inspiration, you are welcome to attend.
