About This Event

An Anxiety & ADHD Workshop is scheduled to take place on 7 October 2026 at the Asda Cardiff Bay Superstore Community Room in Cardiff. The event targets parents and carers of young people with suspected or diagnosed conditions within the Cardiff and Vale areas. A fee of £6.13 applies for attendance.

For parents/carers of young people with suspected or diagnosed ADHD & Anxiety. Cardiff & Vale.

Understanding why a child with ADHD may also have anxiety

Explore strategies to help support you and your child

Signposting to other support that is available.

Unfortunately, we do not have childcare facilities. This is a session for adults only so please make alternative arrangements for childcare during the workshop.
