Cardiff I am coming to deliver another signature football fitness masterclass! Come and join me on Sunday 24th Jan as I deliver a 2 hour masterclass of high level football fitness coaching! Helping you become the best version of yourself! Let's get to work! I can't wait to see you! I had such a great time in Cardiff last time I can't wait to come back!
