Ymunwch â ni yn y Deml Heddwch ar 23 Medi 2026 ar gyfer digwyddiad ysbrydoledig wyneb yn wyneb wedi'i ganolbwyntio ar Gartref a Chynefin – gan archwilio pŵer cartrefi, perthyn, a thai wedi'u harwain gan y gymuned.

Darganfyddwch sut mae pŵer cymunedol yn trawsnewid tai trwy ymdrechion cydweithredol a gweledigaeth gyffredin. Mae'r gynhadledd hon yn dathlu ysbryd a dylanwad y gymuned wrth greu cymdogaethau cynaliadwy a chynhwysol.

I gefnogi cyfranogiad, mae nifer o gymorthdaliadau teithio ar gael i grwpiau cymunedol sy'n ymwneud â rhaglen Cymunedau'n Creu Cartrefi, o dan amodau cymhwyster a chyllid.

Join us at the Temple of Peace on September 23, 2026 for an inspiring in-person event focused on Cartref a Chynefin – exploring the power of homes, belonging, and community-led housing.

Discover how community power is transforming housing through collaborative efforts and shared vision. This conference celebrates the spirit of belonging and the impact of community-led solutions in creating sustainable, inclusive neighborhoods.

To support participation, a number of travel bursaries are available for community groups engaged with the Communities Creating Homes programme, subject to eligibility and available funding.
