Liam C is a one–of-a-kind singer-songwriter whose determination and self-belief have

propelled him from sleeping in hostels to having viral moments with global superstars.

Born and raised in Colchester, Liam’s childhood saw his parents separate when he was

young, and he and his younger sister moved repeatedly, finally settling in Shrewsbury

with their mother. It was his grandmother, however, who ignited his passion for music,

exposing him to an eclectic mix of styles—from Jilted John to classic folk—that would

later shape his genre-blurring sound.

After schoolyard bullying and a restless adolescence, Liam risked everything on a

one-way ticket to London with only a ukulele, a handful of original songs, and the last of

his savings. Homeless, he took to busking on street corners and outside pubs, winning

over passersby with with is all-or-nothing approach. He built a loyal Instagram following,

and blagged a meeting with Ed Sheeran at a Soho video shoot. Their impromptu

30‐minute session of advice and song-swapping affirmed Liam’s mission.

Industry doors soon opened. South London hip-hop collective The Manor adopted him,

and he was soon introduced to production legends Future Cut. Together, they’ve crafted

mini‐vignettes that highlight Liam’s working‐class spirit and emotive songwriting. His

rising profile earned viral moments with Stormzy, Central Cee, Will Smith and Rita Ora.

At Glastonbury 2025 he began his DOLLA DOLLA promotional trail—that truly

cemented his status. TikTok featured his festival clips in their newsletter alongside Olivia

Rodrigo and Charli XCX, and one performance clip surpassed four million views.

Liam C’s journey—from back‐street busker to viral phenomenon—is a testament to

relentless hustle, unshakable self‐belief, and innate authenticity. With no industry

connections he has done everything the hard way, rewriting the rules as he goes. After

DOLLA DOLLA and BANG BANG came TINA, his biggest track to date and shows

moving into 2026 Liam C is here to stay,
