Accessible Tickets are available online via Ticketmaster. On the event page, select the "View Only Accessible Tickets" toggle to view and purchase them. For accessible ticket types (Wheelchair, Mobility, Deaf/Hard of Hearing), select one paid ticket and add the corresponding free companion ticket during purchase. By purchasing accessible tickets, you confirm that you are eligible. Proof of eligibility may be requested, and tickets may be cancelled if they are misused. For details on accessible ticket types, accessibility information and how to contact the Accessibility Team, please visit the Depot Live at Cardiff Castle Accessibility and Accessible Ticketing information.
