Welcome to the Principality’s premiere Property Entrepreneur independent networking meeting !!

We meet monthly on the first Thursday of the month and discuss all things property. But this isn't a traditional networking event. There are no sales pitches or "upsells" - it's just a relaxed, friendly and informal atmosphere, sharing knowledge and experience, motivating and helping each other. Our aim is to support the property investment community, and to be fully informed as to the changes in the market place from as early as possible. From complete beginners to experienced developers, all are welcome to join our community.

STRATEGY: There are hundreds of options to choose from, whether investing or developing, or looking for JV’s, B2F, B2L, HMO, SA, R2R, R2B, LPO, or combinations of them. Which suits you ? Do you want advice or training in a specific strategy ? Are you looking for a mentor ? What’s the best route to achieving your goal ? You can find answers to these and many more questions from our collective knowledge & experience.

SUCCESS: Our networking meeting grows from strength to strength, increasing in numbers month-on-month. Why so successful ? I think it’s because people are connecting with people, and that just makes the journey easier. The camaraderie is all encompassing regardless of skill or experience level, and the advice from experienced people is just first class !

VENUE: We are using the new venue at the Toby Carvery in Cardiff Gate, a lovely location with ample parking and more importantly the bar will be serving a traditional range of liquid refreshment and ‘bad-for-you’ snacks throughout the event.
