Stargazing Event - 19th September 2026

Dear astronomers, join us in person on the 19th of September 2026 for a night under the cosmos. Whether you're a newbie or a seasoned astronomer, you are welcome to enjoy the magic of the night sky with fellow enthusiasts. Just bring your curiosity and some warm clothes. Let's spot constellations, planets, and shooting stars together. See you there for some stellar fun!

Agenda:

7.15pm - Arrive to Dyffryn Gardens. A volunteer will guide you up to the Observatory

7.30pm - Gather at the Observatory for talks, use of the scopes and binoculars, and use of the large telescope when the weather is good enough to open the roof!

9.15pm - A volunteer will guide you to the car park
