Join our FREE Pontypridd walk Open to ALL women, not just Girl Gang members. Get moving, make friends, feel connected and put YOU first! ❤️

Join us for Walk The Night With Me, a FREE women's community walk in Pontypridd on Monday 23rd November at 6:30pm! ❤️

We're bringing women together to get off the sofa, get moving, make new friendships and enjoy a bloody good laugh!

Whether you're already active or struggling to find the motivation to get out of the house, this is for YOU.

You don't need to be fit, you don't need to know anyone, and you certainly don't need to be a Girl Gang member!

With the dark nights creeping in, it's easy to fall into the same routine of work, home, sofa, repeat. So we're doing something about it!

There's also an optional 30,000-step challenge throughout the day for anyone who fancies giving it a go. But don't panic, you don't need to hit 30K to join the evening walk!

This is about more than getting your steps in. It's about bringing women together, building confidence, creating friendships and reminding ourselves how good it feels to do something for US.

Come alone, bring your mum, sister, best friend or colleague. Everyone will be made to feel welcome.
