About This Event

The Wordsworth’s home to Coleridge Cottage| Walks Programme is a free event that will run on selected dates at Coleridge Cottage in Cardiff. The event will feature a ramble between Kilve, Alfoxton and Nether Stowey.

Join our walk leaders on a ramble between Kilve, Alfoxton and Nether Stowey. Take in the vast panoramic view, spot wildlife and connect with nature like Coleridge once did on his walk on the hills with his friends. Along the way, see where the Wordsworth’s lived during their time in the area and discover the path, they took on their way to Coleridge Cottage.

Dogs on a lead are welcome on this walk. Normal admission applies to attendees wanting to visit Coleridge Cottage, but the tearoom can be used free of charge.

Level: Intermediate/Advanced

Distance: 6.4 miles

Duration: 4 hours

Total ascent: 300 meters (with multiple hills)
