Feel Good Girls Club is an in-person club for local girls aged 11+ a welcoming, relaxed, no-judgement space where you can be yourself, meet new people and enjoy some much-needed girl time.

What’s it all about?

We meet every Thursday to hang out, chat, make friends and explore ways to look after our minds and bodies. Whether you want to learn something new, boost your confidence, have a laugh or simply take some time for yourself, there’s a place for you here.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

💕 Girl time & friendship chat, connect, share experiences and get to know other girls in a friendly, supportive space.

🧠 Wellbeing & real-life topics explore things that matter to you, from confidence and self-esteem to managing stress, emotions, friendships, social media and self-care.

🧘‍♀️ Pilates every other week enjoy fun, beginner-friendly Pilates sessions bi weekly, to move your body, build strength, improve flexibility and take some time out.

✨ Confidence & personal growth discover helpful tips, build positive habits and learn more about yourself in a space where you can feel comfortable being you.

🌸 Time to relax and recharge take a break from school, everyday pressures and busy schedules to focus on yourself and connect with others.
