Interactive workshop combining storytelling, music, creativity, and performance to inspire a love of reading, writing and musicality.

Join Salma Zaman for a lively reading of Benji & His Bellowing Burps, using rhythm, movement, and percussion instruments to bring the story to life.

Inspired by the story, children will then create their own short stories, poems, raps, or imaginative phrases.

The workshop concludes with children sharing their performances, building confidence, creativity, and a sense of achievement.

Designed to be fully SEND-inclusive and adaptable, this workshop encourages literacy, teamwork, self-expression, and a love of reading through the power of rhythm, music, and imagination.

Suitable for children aged 7 to 11 years.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.
