The hit comedy podcast brings Ireland's wildest true stories to life with laughs, storytelling and history as you've never heard it before

GUBU History

Irish History... With the Reverence Removed.

Part of Jinglefest Comedy Shows, the hit podcast GUBU History comes to Scraggs Alley for a live recording packed with laughs, stories and the wonderfully ridiculous side of Irish history.

Join comedians Jason Brennan (Leighlinbridge, Co. Carlow) and Kevin Larney (Dundalk) as they take a hilarious deep dive into the rebels, rogues, saints, chancers and spectacular disasters that helped shape Ireland.

Forget dusty history books and dry lectures. Shite Talk tells the national story the way it might be told at the back of the bus, over a pint, or around the kitchen table. Combining comedy, storytelling and just enough historical accuracy to stay out of trouble, the duo uncover the strange, unbelievable and often absurd tales hidden throughout Ireland's past.

Whether you're a history buff, a comedy fan, or simply someone who enjoys a good story well told, this live show promises an evening of sharp wit, unexpected facts and plenty of laughs.
