You’ll be guided step by step through mixing, piping and baking macaron shells using the Italian method, before filling and decorating with generous ganache, buttercream and fresh fruit.

This relaxed, hands-on class focuses on building confidence while creating impressive dessert-style macarons, including gourmet macarons and macalongs.

No previous experience needed. You’ll take home your handmade macarons, a detailed recipe guide and plenty of tips to help you recreate them at home.

Throughout this 3 1/2 hour workshop at Bluebell Kitchen, you’ll:

Mix, pipe and bake different sizes and styles of macaron shells, including giant macarons and macalongs

Create delicious ganache and buttercream fillings in a variety of flavours and colours

Learn storage, freezing, and make-ahead tips
