About This Event

Friday Sanga is a community event featuring mantra meditation, spiritual wisdom, and vegetarian/vegan food. It occurs every Friday at the Quaker Meeting House in Rochester, with the next session on 13 November 2026 at 19:00. The event is free to attend.

Join us EVERY FRIDAY for an uplifting evening of mantra meditation, spiritual wisdom, community and soul-nourishing vegetarian/vegan food!

If you're a Spiritual Seeker looking for an alternative Friday night - this is the perfect way to let go of the week's stress and recharge your soul!

‘Sanga’ derives from the Sanskrit word ‘Satsaṅga (सत्सङ्ग)’, which means association with truth.

Our Friday Sanga is a gathering for those seeking spiritual conversation and uplifting community 🙏

Singing, Dancing, Chanting & Eating!
