HEARD. Walk & Talk – West Kent

Join us for a gentle walk through the beautiful Mote Park, Maidstone.

HEARD. Walk & Talks are a chance to meet other women who understand what it’s like to discover ADHD later in life. Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed, are exploring the possibility, or simply feel you belong here, you’ll be warmly welcomed.

There’s no pressure, no expectations and no awkward icebreakers—just fresh air, gentle movement and honest conversation with women who get it.

We’ll meet in the main car park at 11:00am before setting off for a relaxed walk around the park. Afterwards, anyone who’d like to stay is welcome to join us for a coffee.

The event is completely free. If you’d like to make a donation, every contribution helps HEARD. continue to grow and support more women.
