Friendly monthly meetup in Rochester for anyone into low-carb, keto, carnivore or primal. Coffee, chat and good company. Free, all welcome.

A friendly, informal monthly meetup for anyone in Kent and Medway interested in low-carb, keto, carnivore or primal eating. Whether you've been doing it for years or are just curious, you're very welcome.

We meet for coffee and a relaxed chat at Costa Coffee, Rochester Riverside, right next to Rochester Station. It's a great chance to meet like-minded people, swap tips and meal ideas, and share what's worked for you. No pressure, no judgement and nothing to sell.

Free to attend, just buy your own drink.
