Our Summer Pause Afternoon of Restorative Yoga Class offers a calm, supported space to rest deeply, release tension, and reset body and mind. Using blankets, bolsters, and gentle Iyengar yoga poses, this class helps calm the nervous system, ease stress, and restore energy — no flexibility or experience needed. Saturday 8th August 2026, 14:00-15:30 IN PERSON AND ONLINE Beginners welcome Fully supported practice Please note: If joining online you will need 4 foam pads, 2 bricks, 1 bolster, 1 blanket, and 1 belt. A few extra props nearby is always useful – studio is fully equipped. Your investment: £18 Taught by Lin Craddock (Senior Level 3) Book online: www.iyengar-yoga.co.uk Sometimes the most powerful practice is learning how to rest.
