Take a moment to slow down and welcome the changing season with an evening of deep relaxation, gentle reflection and restorative sound.
As the Full Moon shines close to the Autumn Equinox, it’s a beautiful time to pause, find balance and let go of what no longer serves you as we move into a new season.
During this 60-minute sound bath, you’ll be invited to lie back, get comfortable and simply rest while being immersed in the soothing sounds of singing bowls, chimes and other calming instruments. No experience is needed – just come as you are.

Please arrive from 7:20pm to allow plenty of time to settle in comfortably. To keep the space calm and undisturbed for everyone, no entry will be possible after 7:30pm once the session begins.
