Come as you are. Get comfortable. Close your eyes. And let the sound take you somewhere else.

Give yourself time to pause, breathe and simply be.

This immersive sound bath is an invitation to step away from the busyness of everyday life and into a space of deep rest and relaxation. As you settle into stillness, you'll be gently surrounded by the rich, resonant sounds and vibrations of gongs and other therapeutic instruments, creating an experience that can be both deeply calming and restorative.

There's nothing you need to do and no experience necessary. You don't need to know how to meditate, and there's no need to "clear your mind". Simply get comfortable, listen, and allow the sounds to wash over you.

You may find your mind becoming quieter, your body softening and your nervous system beginning to settle. You might drift into a deeply relaxed state, experience moments of stillness, or simply enjoy the opportunity to lie down and do absolutely nothing for a while.

This is your time to slow down, reconnect with yourself and give your body and mind some much-needed space.

Bring a blanket, something comfortable to lie on and an open heart. Everything else will take care of itself.

7:00pm arrival for a 7:30pm start.
