That’s why this 2.5-hour session has been carefully curated to guide you through a journey of meditation, somatic movement, Conscious Connected Breathwork, partner work, guided visualisation and Reiki energy healing.

Together, we’ll create a supportive space for you to breathe deeply, release what no longer serves you, reconnect with yourself and your intuition, and awaken your inner light.

Whether you're completely new to these practices or have been exploring them for years, you are welcome exactly as you are, with room for whatever you need on the day.

Health Contraindications

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful and transformative practice. There are some health conditions where this session may not be suitable, such as:

Cardiovascular conditions (including high blood pressure, angina, heart attack, or a pacemaker)

Severe/ critical respiratory diseases or infections if it impairs your ability to breathe (COPD, ARDS, severe asthma, pneumonia, cystic fibrosis)

Epilepsy or seizures

Glaucoma or retinal detachment

Recent surgery or significant physical injuries

Severe osteoporosis

Aneurysms (personal or family history)

Pregnancy (unless approved by your healthcare provider)

Organ Failure or late-stage terminal illness

Severe mental health conditions (including bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, or severe PTSD/dissociative disorders), unless approved by your healthcare provider or therapist
