The Space Between: A seasonal tea ceremony, guided meditation, sound bath and Reiki to help you pause, rest and welcome autumn.

As autumn deepens and the days begin to draw in, nature gently reminds us that there is a time for doing and a time for simply being.

The Space Between is an opportunity to pause, slow down and reconnect with yourself as we move into the quieter part of the year.

Together, we will create a space to acknowledge what we’re ready to let go of, allow ourselves to rest, and consider what we might want to welcome into the season ahead.

We’ll begin with a seasonal tea ceremony, sharing a warm autumnal tea and taking some time to arrive, settle and connect with the intention of the session.

From there, James will guide you through a gentle guided meditation, leading into the sound bath. Surrounded by the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other instruments, you’ll be invited to let go of the outside world and simply rest.

During the sound bath, Helen will move quietly around the room offering Reiki, allowing the combination of sound and Reiki to create a deeply restful and nurturing experience.

There is nothing you need to achieve or anything you need to do. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and give yourself permission to pause.

Whether you regularly attend sound baths and Reiki sessions or have never experienced them before, you are very welcome.

Come and spend some time in The Space Between - a quiet pause between seasons, between doing and being, and perhaps between where you have been and where you are going next.

Please bring anything you need to feel comfortable during the sound bath, such as a blanket, pillow or extra layers.

Tea ceremony: The seasonal tea contains apple, rose and cinnamon. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have any health condition that may be affected by herbal ingredients, please check with your GP, midwife or pharmacist before taking part in the tea ceremony.
