Come and join me for a cosy autumn Sound Bath celebrating the upcoming Hunter’s Full Moon 🌕🍂

As the evenings get darker and autumn settles in, this is the perfect opportunity to slow down, switch off and give yourself an hour completely away from the noise of everyday life.

The Hunter’s Moon is traditionally associated with reflection, preparation and releasing what we no longer need as we move towards the quieter months of the year. It’s a beautiful time to pause, take stock and create a little space for yourself.

You’ll get comfortable, close your eyes and be guided into relaxation before being immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowl, gong and other therapeutic instruments.

There’s absolutely nothing you need to do — just get cosy, relax and let the sounds wash over you. ✨

What to bring 🧘‍♀️

Please bring a yoga/exercise mat, blanket, pillow and water, plus anything else that helps you feel warm and comfortable. Comfy clothes are definitely encouraged!

Please arrive from 7:20pm ready for a 7:30pm start.To avoid disturbing everyone once the sound bath has begun, unfortunately there can be no entry after 7:30pm.

Spaces are limited to keep the session relaxed and comfortable.
