About This Event

Sweat With Shannon Class is scheduled for 24 October 2026 at Neptune Close in Chatham. The class includes a strength workout led by a coach, followed by a community catch-up and refreshments. Ticket prices range from £5.04 to £9.38.

Welcome to your class with your coach. Enjoy a drink in SIP followed by a strength workout lead by me and a catch up with the community

PART ONE: The Warm up 12pm

grab yourself a sip drink before the workout ready to start at 12:30pm! head over for basic stretching and mobility work getting to know everyone and the workout

PART TWO: Full Body Strength

A full body workout covering mainly push based movements, shoulders, quads, glutes and core. This is your chance to have an in person form check with your coach! Different levels will be avalible to suit all attending.

PART THREE: The Finisher

Time to sweat!!! a small team based finisher focused on raising the heart rate!
