Whether your interest is fitness, nutrition, health, holistic wellbeing, meditation, yoga, mindfulness, spirituality, or any aspect of self-development & self-improvement, this is the event for you.

Mixing the old with the new, we are creating an event for like-minded individuals to come together to improve and enhance all aspects of their own well-being, self-development & self-improvement.

We aim to inspire, educate, challenge, innovate, support, heal, enrich and empower through workshops, talks, practical classes, readings and treatments.
