Open Evening: Thursday 8th October

Tour Days: Tuesday 13th - Friday 16th October

Please read the following information very carefully to avoid disappointment:

Following the success of our events last year, we are again using a booking system for our Open Evening and Open Days.

There is a limit of three e-tickets per family. This is to try and accommodate as many families as possible and prevent over-crowding. Please only book one entry time slot - our Open Evening and Tour Days are similar so we would be grateful if you selected only one of these experiences! The only difference will be that on the Tour Days you will be able to visit lessons.

If you find that the time slot you require for the Open Evening is full, please check out the subsequent Tour Day slots and book one of those instead.

During the Open Evening and also on the Tour Days, your time slot will provide time to attend a speech in the main school hall from us as Co-Headteachers, as well a guided tour with one of our wonderful students. You will be able to visit all departments.

On both the Open Evening and Tour Days, there will be plenty of time to ask questions and lots of information available for you. We genuinely want to ensure you have all the information you need.

This approach prevents overcrowding and will also mean that prospective parents, guardians and students have a chance to talk to staff and to us in smaller groups, which is also an advantage.

We want you to feel that the whole experience is personalised, which is what Maplesden is all about!

Please remember to have your e-ticket ready to show our staff when you arrive. You may wish to have this available to show us on your mobile phone or as a print-out.

Please be aware that parking is limited on Site, so you may find it beneficial to travel via public transport or park away from the School to avoid delays.

Our Open Evening Co-Headteacher Talks will be taking place at the following times:

6.45pm
