The Sewing Workshop for making slippers will be held at The Stables in Writtle on 15 January 2027. Participants will create their own slippers using small amounts of fabric they bring, with all other materials provided. The workshop is designed for small groups, and one-to-one sessions can be arranged upon request.
Get cosy this winter with a pair of slippers handmade by you! Perfect to wear around the house, lightweight to pack and take away or even make a pair as a present . This is a great scrapbusting project, small amounts of your favourite fabric left – bring it with you to personalise your slippers. All you need to bring with you is a couple of small amounts of fabric and the rest is provided. All details will be sent out after booking. These groups are small and friendly, if you would prefer a one-to-one session please contact Sue to arrange a time. Parking fee included in all sessions as well as 20% discount at The Deli café within the courtyard. Tea, coffee and nibbles provided.
