Bring a picnic and enjoy a relaxed outdoor afternoon with food, games and good company, raising money in support of Meningitis Now.

We’re inviting you to join us for a relaxed summer afternoon at Quayside’s Big Picnic for Meningitis Now.

This is a simple get-together, bring your own picnic, settle in with friends and family, and enjoy a few hours of good company in a laid-back setting at Ruby’s Bar in Birdlip where we have organised for fun and games for all the family.

We've done all the hard work of finding the location and giving you somewhere fun and cool to hang out, all you need to do is attend:

A Best Picnic Setup competition

A charity auction, with a selection of prizes to bid on

A rounders game for anyone who wants to get involved

Space for children to enjoy a bouncy castle, football and simple activities

The focus is on bringing people together, whether that’s clients, families or local connections, for something that feels natural, relaxed and enjoyable.

Registration is free through Eventbrite, but we kindly ask guests to make a donation to Meningitis Now via our JustGiving page as their ticket contribution. We suggest a donation of £10 per adult or £25 per family, although any amount is greatly appreciated. Every donation will go directly towards supporting the vital work Meningitis Now does for individuals and families affected by meningitis.
