We're back for the Autumn, as we continue to shine a light on inspirational females in property and beyond!

We're delighted to be joined by special guest, Programme Manager, Forestry England, Sophie Nash.

Sophie oversees and coordinates large business and development projects onsite at Westonbirt Arboretum.

After completing an interiors and landscape design degree, Sophie started her career in the architecture world, working in an architect’s practice, before seizing the opportunity to work at the Arboretum.

She has been responsible for leading the largest capital change project undertaken at Westonbirt, value £4.3million including a Heritage Lottery Fund grant of £1.9million.

Sophie is an advocate of females in construction and engineering and her advice to women is not to be discouraged by other people’s opinions or be put off by stereotypes in our sector.
