Are you busy running your business but struggling to find the time and space to decide where it is really going?

The Orbit Strategy Session gives you two focused hours to step back from the day-to-day and look at your business as a whole.

Using a structured and visual strategy process, you will explore where your business is now, where you want it to go and what needs your attention next.

This is not a generic business-planning workshop or a session filled with theory. You will work directly on your own business, with guidance, challenge and practical support throughout.

Liz Rowlands is an award-winning business strategist, coach, trainer and former Strategy and Operations Directorbv in several businesses.

Liz combines strategic leadership and operational experience with a practical, supportive and challenging approach. Liz helps business owners see the bigger picture, make better-informed decisions and turn ideas into purposeful action.

Please bring information about your current services, accounts, customers and business priorities. You may also want to bring a notebook or laptop, although the main Orbit Strategy template will be provided.
