A new venue for the splendiferous COGWARTS STEAMPUNK SPECTACULAR!!!

Come and join US, (Utter Spiffingtonians), for a wonderful weekend of pure steampunk mad-hattery and general goings-on. There will be a whole two and a bit days of utter spiffingness! Starting Friday evening, (18th. September) at Llangollen Railway, ABBEY ROAD, LLANGOLLEN LL20 8SN 'There and Back Again' is a one and a half hour STEAM TRAIN RIDE with entertainments, plus 'best picnic' competition for the chance to win tickets to Cogwarts 2027!

Thence to the NEW VENUE - Brymbo Enterprise Centre, Blast Road, Brymbo near Wrexham, LL11 5BT, (transport from Llangollen will be provided), to round off the evening with a variety of Music and Mayhem, featuring Blozone - and after the mayhem of past years, it's back again - STEAMPUNKS GOT TALENT! A display of astonishing virtuosity!

On Saturday & Sunday, (19th and 20th September), we travel again to Brymbo, to the astonishing STORI BRYMBO, a marvellous site with an early steelworks, Victorian sheds - where they used to make cogs, and right next door, a fossilised forest!! The photo ops AND time-travel options are endless! Browse the BIZARRE BAZAAR Steampunk Market inside the machine hall and individual gazebos outside. This is where THE TEALYMPICS will take place, with a host of new and old steampunk games for you to participate in or simply sit back, observe and enjoy!

On Saturday from 7.00pm, we return to the Enterprise Centre for THE GRAND STEAM BALL! With PROFESSOR ELEMENTAL headlining, ably supported by ALICE STRANGE and BLOZONE, with further acts to be confirmed.

Friday, assemble at 5.30 pm at Llangollen Railway Station for 'There and Back Again,' a one and a half hour train ride through the glorious Dee Valley, you'll see the sun set over the mountains. There's a 'best picnic competition,' for the prize of two tickets for 2027! Plus all manner of onboard shenanigans... Thence to Brymbo Enterprise Centre for the Covert Cabaret and Steampunk's Got Talent with a fully stocked bar offering amongst other delights, a very toothsome local gin. Saturday and Sunday at Stori Brymbo, unlimited access to this fascinating site, with entrance to the Bizarre Bazaar and Tealympics, plus The Grand Steam Ball at the Town Hall. Please note camping is not offered this year, however, there is Llyn Rhys Campsite Wrexham LL11 3AF on 01978 790627 which is 15 minutes away.

Every element of the long weekend is available as a separate ticket, so you can tailor your Cogwarts experience to suit yourself! Huzzah!
