Alisha Kadri is the Founder and CEO of One Giant Leap, a skills and talent agency based in Manchester. Since launching in 2024 One Giant Leap has partnered with adidas, Arts Council England and the Department for Work and Pensions to support creatives across the North to earn more, grow more and do more. One Giant Leap delivers talent development programmes including Skills Bootcamps across Cheshire supporting creatives to make a living from their creativity. Previous to One Giant Leap, Alisha Kadri worked with brands such as Mugler, L'Oréal and Santander to create award winning global programmes for creatives and entrepreneurs.

Founded by Jennifer Matthews, Cariad Productions is an independent film company based in North West UK. Making commercial and global comedy and comedy horror films.Our slate includes short films, feature films and writers labs supporting female and non-binary filmmakers.

Cariad has screened at BAFTA and BIFA qualifying festivals, delivered a BFI-funded development lab, and been selected for the Creative Enterprises Foundations and Female Founders programmes backed by Creative UK and BFI.
