Join us for a free workout session to honour Remembrance Day and get moving with the community!
Bringing people together through fitness for over 40 years. As a community based gym, we'd love to welcome you to our next FREE event in honour of our troops.
We will be simulating the Role Fitness Test currently being used for today's soldiers. And giving you a taste of what the Lifestyle Fitness community is all about. All fitness levels are welcome as the fitness instructor will adapt exercises for different abilities.
Please note: 18+ only due to licensing.

Location: Lifestyle Fitness- Deeside, Kelsterton Rd, Connah's Quay, Deeside CH5 4BR (Go through Coleg Cambria Deeside College)
Time: 11:00 for two minute silence- 11:05 start time, 12:00 finish.
