Taking Back Your Mind
Tools to Reduce Overthinking & Imposter Syndrome
Does your mind feel noisy, busy or stuck in constant “what ifs”?
Do you second-guess yourself, doubt your abilities or struggle to switch off; especially at night?
Join me at Storyhouse, Chester, for a practical small-group session to help you reduce overthinking and self-doubt, and feel more in control of your busy mind.
With just 15 places available, the session is designed to feel relaxed, supportive and manageable.
What will I get from the session?
Understand why your mind gets caught in overthinking and self-doubt.
Learn simple techniques to reduce thoughts that keep going round.
Take part in an optional, gentle guided body scan to release tension.
Leave with practical tools you can use every day; including when your mind gets busy at 2am.
This session may be helpful if you find yourself overthinking decisions, replaying conversations, worrying about getting things wrong, comparing yourself to others or feeling like you are not quite good enough despite evidence that you are.
There’s no pressure to share anything personal. You are welcome to listen, reflect and take part in whatever way feels comfortable for you.
This is a practical wellbeing session rather than therapy; the focus is on understanding what is happening and giving you useful tools to take away.
Come as you are. Leave feeling clearer, calmer and more confident.
Only 15 places available.
Book your place; give yourself some time to take back your mind.
