This is Giovanni : baking teacher and ambassador for Real Bread Campaign

Whether you are a seasoned baker or a complete beginner, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to add some homemade charm to their holiday celebrations.

These are the breads that we will make during the workshop :

Christoposmo : a doubled braided sweet bread from Greece, made with flour, milk sugar, nutmeg, walnuts and sesame seeds;

Gubana : a typical Christmas sweet bread from North Italy, with a snail shape, made with a leavened dough, filled with walnuts, sultana, almonds, sugar, and lemon zest;

Pan de Jamon : a typical venezuelan savoury christmas bread, filled with ham, sultana, and green olives.
