Green Therapy Autumn Course Duration: 10 weeks Dates: From the week beginning 21st September through to and inclusive of the week beginning 23rd November Sessions: Mondays or Wednesdays Times: 10:00am – 1:00pm Join us in September for our Green Therapy Autumn Course which runs for 10 weeks through to November. Working across our beautiful 84-acre estate, you’ll help develop and restore habitats and engage in hands-on growing and gardening. You will help us document wildlife by participating in surveys. You will experience our diverse outdoor spaces, ranging from our formal walled garden and orchard to river meadows, Elm wetlands and Willow woods, with participation in sensory surveys. You will also meet our animals with the opportunity to spend a session with them. You will have the chance to socialize, work as part of a team, exercise and relax. On challenging weather days, we’ll make use of our covered spaces for activities such as compost production and planting. We’ll mark the end of the course with a celebration event around our wood-fired pizza oven. This is primarily an outdoor course, so please come prepared for all weather conditions. You will need to dress appropriately in layers, wear waterproof outerwear and suitable footwear. Thick-soled walking boots or gardening shoes are essential for your comfort and safety while working outdoors. To book: Fill out a registration form https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/YZQQ7N3
