A preview of what’s to come with Birdsong, one of Cork’s most exciting openings this year, with a special pop-up at The White Horse.

Before Birdsong opens its doors in Cork City, chefs Brian Murray (The Glass Curtain) and Darren Kennedy are bringing a first taste of what’s to come at Birdsong to The White Horse on Sunday, 11th October.

For one day only, Brian, Darren and the team will be cooking out on the terrace, straight from the grill. Expect big flavours, brilliant produce and a relaxed afternoon — a taste of what’s to come at Birdsong.

Joining us on the day will be Brian O’Connor of Brian’s Wines, pairing a selection of wines with the food, along with a special cocktail menu to enjoy too.

Come hungry, grab a drink and get an early taste of Birdsong before it opens in Cork City.
