Pilates & stretch, sauna, sea dip & coffee at Fountainstown Beach. A morning to move, reset, warm up & fill your cup

Join us for another Fill My Cup morning, this time at the beautiful Fountainstown Beach. We’ll start with a relaxed Pilates & stretch session with Emma, followed by a sauna with Happy Place Saunas and a refreshing dip in the sea. Afterwards, we’ll warm up with coffees from Omni and enjoy some goodies to take home.

Come alone, bring a friend, and spend your Sunday morning moving, resetting and having a bit of fun by the sea.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat

• Water bottle

• Swimsuit

• Towel

• Something warm to throw on after your dip!
