Hosted by Matthew Smyth, Irish Distillers Premium Whiskey Ambassador, this intimate tasting will take you through five exceptional pours, with Matthew sharing the stories, craftsmanship and character behind each one along the way.

From the rich pot still character of Redbreast and Powers to the distinctive styles of Yellow Spot and Method and Madness, this is an opportunity to explore an outstanding line-up in the warm, atmospheric surroundings of The Merchant.

And to finish, guests will experience something particularly special: a cask sample direct from Midleton Distillery, making this a tasting that goes beyond what you’ll normally find behind the bar.
