A space to gather as women to reconnect with yourself, each other and what wants to be

expressed.

Women's Gathering

We gather to remember, re-member who we are beyond the layers, expectations and roles we can play in everyday life.

What happens when we let go of how we think we should be, and create space to listen to who we are? This is a space for women to slow down, move, connect and express.

Through music, movement and different exercises we will explore what it means to come home to ourselves — and to meet one another on a deeper level, accessing intuition and collective understanding.

Together we will explore:

🌿 Coming home to the body

Slowing down, listening inwardly and reconnecting with ourselves.

🌊 Finding expression

Allowing movement, feeling and imagination to lead, without needing to preform or get it “right”.

✨ Taking up space

Exploring the ways we have learned to make ourselves smaller, quieter or more contained — and discovering what becomes possible when we give ourselves permission to expand.

🤍 Connecting with one another

Witnessing and exploring the power in community and a space where we can be seen for who we are beneath the layers that have built up around us.

This is an invitation to step outside the pressures of how we are supposed to feel, look move and be.
