This exclusive event kicks off with a refreshing welcome cocktail to whet your palate, followed by an insightful talk from the experts at Rebel City Distillery. Discover the art and story behind their unique, locally crafted spirits and how they’re shaking up the Irish distilling scene.

Then, roll up your sleeves and get hands-on in a guided cocktail-making session where you'll craft (and enjoy!) two signature cocktails. Throughout the event, you’ll also be treated to a selection of light bites showcasing the best of local Cork produce—perfectly paired to your creations.

Whether you're a cocktail connoisseur or a curious beginner, this interactive and intimate experience will leave you stirred, shaken, and inspired.
