Your evening begins at 7:00 pm with a welcome drink and a selection of elegant canapés, before taking your seat for a specially curated five-course tasting menu.

Each course has been thoughtfully created to complement a selection of The Macallan expressions. Throughout the evening, a Macallan Whisky Expert will guide you through an exclusive tasting experience, sharing the heritage, craftsmanship and distinctive character behind one of Scotland’s most celebrated single malt whiskies.

Set against the luxurious surroundings of Fota Island Resort, this promises to be a truly memorable evening of exceptional food, remarkable whisky and engaging storytelling, with each course carefully paired to bring out the best in every expression.As a special memento of the evening, each guest will also receive an exclusive Macallan gift bag to take home.
