The true untold story of how this iconic song was written, and the challenges overcome by the songwriters is almost as dramatic as the movie itself.

This original theatre production with an all star local cast provides a unique 'peek behind the curtain' to witness the creative process of Harold Arlen and Yip Harburg as they struggle against the clock to provide a soundtrack and a blockbuster song for the famous MGM movie.

Audiences get a front-row seat to witness how Harold, Yip, and Judy Garland played such a pivotal role in creating one of the standout musical moments of the 20th century despite the opposition of Louis B Mayer and MGM studios.
