Together, we’ll explore calming QiGong-inspired movement, forest bathing, mindful walking, and quiet moments of connection in nature. No pressure, no judgment — just a welcoming space to move, be yourself, and enjoy the healing rhythm of the outdoors.

With decades of experience across the NHS, employability support, and creative industries, I bring a unique blend of compassion, creativity, and lived understanding to my work.
