Hip Hop Foundations & Flow - Beginners & Improvers

Always wanted to try hip hop but felt nervous about starting? Or maybe you’ve taken choreography classes before but feel like you’re mostly copying movements instead of really understanding them?

Our Foundation & Flow classes are for you.

This adult class is a welcoming space to build strong hip hop foundations, develop your groove and musicality, and become more confident in the way you move.

You don’t need any previous dance experience; we will take our time and not rush through long choreographies. We’ll build things step by step, with plenty of time to learn, practise and enjoy the music.

And don’t worry, no one is expected to freestyle in our classes. As the course develops, we’ll introduce creativity gradually through guided exercises, without putting anyone on the spot.
